Contact Us
Reach out by phone, email, or through our quote form. Tell us about your project — dimensions, location, intended use, and any design preferences. We work with homeowners, contractors, and dealers.
Design & Engineering
Our team creates detailed engineering drawings and specifications tailored to your project. Choose your model (or go fully custom), select tile, finishes, jets, and equipment.
Approve Specs
Review your specifications and approve the final design. Dealers can approve documents directly through our dealer portal. Once approved, your spa enters our production queue.
Fabrication
Your spa is built through 9 quality-controlled stages: mold and fiberglass, tiling, grout, plumbing, equipment, water testing, and insulation. Every step is tracked and documented.
Quality Testing
Before shipping, every spa undergoes a full water test — filled, heated, and run for 24+ hours to verify plumbing, jets, equipment, and watertight integrity.
Shipping & Delivery
Your finished spa is crated and shipped via freight to your job site anywhere in the US. It arrives fully finished — drop in, connect plumbing and electrical, and fill.
Typical Lead Time
Most custom spas are completed in 8–12 weeks from approval. Contractor Series spas with standard configurations ship faster. Contact us for current lead times.
